The profiles are used in pad locks, doors, guides, fork lifts, hydraulic cylinders, gears, ball joints, air conditioners, hydraulic fittings, and more. The steel is high quality from Germany and made with decades of experience.

Why Cold Formed Steel?
Higher Strength (+25%)
Save weight and cost with smaller material at same capabilities. Cold formed steel has superior characteristics as compared to warm formed steel with up to +25% higher tensile strength.
Better Tolerances
German engeneering results in very straight material typically being under .3mm per meter. While warm formed material can be all over the place, cold formed steel is precise and easy to process.
More Durable
Because the cold forming process hardens teh surface of the material, it is mroe durable against wear and tear.
